Refund policy
At Kaiah Beauty, we want you to love your press-on nails as much as we love them! If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re happy to help. Please review our return and refund policy below.
1. Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns for unworn, unused items in their original, unopened packaging within 30 days of delivery.
Return Conditions
• Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging (including all contents like adhesive tabs, nail file, cuticle stick and alcohol wipe).
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund or store credit within 5 -10 business days.
We cannot accept returns for:
• Opened or used items (due to hygiene reasons).
• Sale items (unless faulty).
To initiate a return, please email us at hello@kaiahbeauty.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. Refunds & Replacements
We offer refunds or replacements in the following cases:
• Damaged or defective items: If your nails arrive damaged or faulty, contact us within 7 days with photos.
• Incorrect order: If you receive the wrong set, notify us within 7 days, and we will arrange a replacement.
Refund Process
1. Contact us at hello@kaiahbeauty.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos (if applicable).
2. Ship the item back to us within 14 days (return shipping at your expense unless faulty).
3. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process a refund to your original payment method or issue store credit within 5 – 10 business days.
3. Cancellations & Order Changes
• Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been processed.
• If you need to make changes, please contact us within 2 hours of purchase.
4. Shipping Issues & Lost Packages
• We are not responsible for lost, delayed, or stolen packages once shipped.
• If your package is lost, please contact the carrier with your tracking number.
5. International Orders
• Customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes.
• We do not offer refunds for items delayed by customs.
