What makes your press-on nails different?

Our press-on nails aren’t just any ordinary set -they’re a luxury salon-quality alternative designed for durability and a flawless finish. Made from 100% soft gel acrylic material, they’re flexible, durable and comfortable like salon quality nails without the commitment.

How long do your press-on nails last?  

  • With adhesive tabs: with correct preparation, your nails will last up to 3–4 days (great for temporary wear).
  • With nail glue:  your nails can last up to 3 weeks, depending on care and application.

Can I reuse the nails?

Yes! Our soft gel acrylic nails are designed for multiple uses. To maximise reusability:

  • Use adhesive tabs or minimal glue.
  • Remove gently and clean off any glue residue before storing them in a safe place.

How do I apply them for the best hold?

  1. Gently push back your cuticles using the cuticle stick.
  2. Lightly buff the surface for better adhesion and wipe your nails completely with the alcohol wipe.
  3. Select the right size for each nail.
  4. Apply adhesive tabs or a thin layer of nail glue to your clean nails.   
  5. Align the nail with your cuticle at a 45-degree angle and press down firmly for 20–30 seconds to secure it.

How do I remove them without damage?

Soak nails in warm, soapy water with oil (cuticle oil, kitchen oil or body oil) for 10-15 minutes then gently peel them off.

Will they damage my natural nails?

No, if removed properly. Avoid pulling them off forcefully. Moisturize your nails after removal to keep them healthy.

Can I shower, swim, or do housework while wearing them?

Yes! Our soft acrylic nails are water-resistant, but excessive water exposure may weaken the adhesive. For long-lasting wear, apply with glue and avoid prolonged soaking.

 Can I file or trim the nails?

Absolutely! Our soft acrylic material allows for easy shaping and filing, so you can customize the length and style to your preference.

What should I do if a nail pops off?

If a nail comes loose, simply reapply it using nail glue or a new adhesive tab. Keep a small nail glue bottle in your bag for quick fixes.

How long does shipping take?

Processing time varies, but most orders will be fulfilled within 1-2 business days. Delivery time depends on your location and shipping method selected at checkout.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

You may return unopened items for a full refund or store credit within 14 days of your order date. To be eligible, items must remain in their original, unused, and unaltered condition with intact packaging.

Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect. For returns due to a change of mind, store credit will be issued instead of a refund.

To initiate a return, email us at hello@kaiahbeauty.com with your order number and associated email address. Returns must be pre-approved by our team, so please wait for confirmation before sending your package.

Items purchased at a discounted price through sales promotions or discount codes are not eligible for a refund. However, they can be returned in exchange for a store voucher equal to the amount paid.

Can I track my order?

Yes! All orders come with tracking. You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped.

What if my package is delayed or lost?

If your package is delayed, we recommend checking the tracking details and contacting your local postal service. If your order is lost, please reach out to us, and we’ll assist in resolving the issue.

Do you offer refunds or replacements for international orders?

Due to the nature of our press-on nails, we do not offer refunds for change of mind. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of receiving it, and we will assist with a replacement or store credit.
